Removed deteriorated raceway and abandoned systems, adjusted conduit for the new roof profile, and installed new conductors. Coordinated island access and logistics.

Extended conduit serving rooftop mechanical equipment, installed junction boxes, and pulled new conductors to accommodate the replacement roofing system.

Installed recessed lighting and dimmer controls throughout the home, along with a Tesla EV charger.
Upgraded the home’s electrical panel to 200A and added EV charging, including underground wiring and exterior restoration.
